HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. You can shop by choosing destination or by publisher.
  2. Once you have found an item, click the "Add to Cart" button.
  3. Review selected items by selecting the "Shopping Cart" Shopping Cart Iconbutton at the top right of the page. You can add products by repeating the pervious steps or use the "Remove Item" Remove Item Iconicon to delete items from your shopping cart.
  4. Click on "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You don't need an account to complete a purchase. However, you will have the following benefits if you registered:

  • Save your address for faster shopping.
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.
  • Write a Review.
  • Membership Discounts
Why I Do Not Receive Any Email from SIM Cart?

If you cannot find our emails from your indox, please check your SPAM mail box for them. As we are a fairly new site, some mail box service may not acknowledge our site just yet. We are working on this isseue, please kindly accept our apology for any inconvenience caused.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SIM CART ACCEPT?
  • Online Payment:

    We accept Visa (Debit and Credit), MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal for online payment. The payment for your order will be taken immediately and the total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

    All payments are handled by Paypal with their secure checkout system. None of your Credit/Debit card information is stored anywhere on our site. When checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete the payment. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to SIM CART.

    At SIM CART, we use the latest Secure Socket Layer(SSL) encryption technology to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server.

    Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each payment.

Website Security

SIM CART uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your shopping procedure is safe and secure. SSL will encrypt and protect the data that you are sending to us.

SSL technology is authenticated to ensure the data only gets sent to secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

You will notice SSL is enabled from two signals.

First, a padlock icon will be shown in front of the wesite address (URL), which you can find out more SSL information by pressing it.

Second, the wesite address (URL) will begin with "https:" instead of "http:".

POST OFFICE BOXES & FREIGHT FORWARDING?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and forwarding addresses.

HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?

No taxes or duties will be charged for any purchase within our site. Should any taxes that need to be paid for the service, it is included in the SIM card package.

From our information, for most countries, no taxes or duties should be charged for Prepaid SIM. However, we cannot guarantee that taxes or duties are not being charged for overseas shipment. It is your responsibility to verify the policy before you order.

Any taxes or duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No order can be cancelled once the order is being shipped. If you want to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately with your order number via any instant messaging platform (Whatsapp:+852 94803518, Facebook:sim.cart.online) or email ([email protected]).

If we accept the cancellation of order, an amount of 10% of the total order will be charged as cancellation fee. Please note we can make no guarantees to cancel the order. If an order has been completed of processing, we are unable to cancel.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are just a reference and commence from the date of dispatch, SIM CART is not responsible for any delays.

You will receive email confirmation of your shipping details once your order is being shipped. It will also contain a tracking number.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, because we cannot verify whether a prepaid SIM has been used, we cannot provide any return or exchange policy if you are not satisfying with our product.

ORDER STATUS

There multiple statuses for your order depending which stage it is at. Below is a list of the statuses you will see when checking your order's progress.

  • Processing - We have received payment for your order and it has been created.
  • Order Received - Your order is waiting for dispatch.
  • Complete - Your order has been completed and will arrive with you in the specified time frame. Please note, your order cannot be amended at this stage.
  • On Hold - There may be an issue with your order. We will contact you within 24 hours to notify you of any issues.
  • Pending - Your order is waiting to be processed. Our Customer Service Team will contact you within 24 hours should there be any issues.
