We deliver to around 200 countries worldwide with express mail (tracking service) using Hong Kong Post. Please check our list of delivery countries here. All international shipment are charged as follows:
- Flat Rate: US$1 per item + Fixed Handling Fee US$5 (i.e. 1item-US$6, 2items-US$7, 3items-US$8 etc).

You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email, which will contain your tracking number, as soon as your order has been processed.
We only dispatch items at our office hours. Orders that are not being dispatched will have to wait until next business day.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our store.
We provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, due to security reason, we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.
If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact us immediately with your order number via any instant messaging platform/email and we will try to amend them.
Please note we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been completed of processing, we are unable to amend the shipping address.
SIM CART insures the purchase that ship with tracking service. All shipments are mail with tracking service. Shipment may require sign for delivery.
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. All taxes and duties will not be charged at our site.
No taxes and duties are needed to be paid for local (Hong Kong) shipment. However, we cannot tell you the exact cost of taxes and duties while shipping overseas, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, and it will be charged at the destination country. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
To the best of our understanding, prepaid SIM should not be charged any taxes or duties in most of the countries as its not a goods but a service that being sold. If there are any taxes that need to be paid for the service, it is included in the SIM card package.
If customs and import duties are applied at the destination country, it must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Each country has its own unique import procedures, which are subject to change. If you have an order held in customs then please contact us with your order number and tracking number using email or any instant messaging platform. We will do our very best to help resolve the matter as soon as possible.
